Fantasy Cipher Ring Wheel Puzzle

A fantasy-inspired runic cipher wheel / cipher decoder ring. It allows you to encode secret messages with runes.
Great prop for a TTRPG puzzle. Print out an encoded message and give it to your players. Once they discover the decoder ring they will be able to break the code and read the secret message.
Once the decoder ring is obtained by the players, there are four ways for attempting to break the puzzle:
1. Brute force decoding. The party can attempt all 26 combinations until the message makes sense.
2. Logical inferences, where the encoded message contains an easily identifiable word. For example, using Mr. in the puzzle would make identifying the M on the wheel easy; similarly, using a single letter word like "I" or "A" will narrow down the potential solutions from 26 to 2.
3. Giving a puzzle to decrypt the key. A helpful note can be included somewhere that describes one of the runes and ties it to a letter. "Remember: A female" on a note might clue the party in that the venus
