My original wallet broke and therefore modelled the parts to make replacements. I cross fitted printed components with the real wallet, and everything seemed to fit or be accurate enough to function properly. The geometry is slightly changed to the original in order to make the parts suitable for printing.You can use these files for replacements parts or give it a new look. The wallet will be a bit flimsy if you print the plates in plastic. I recommend to cut them out of another material you can do this with the included DXF's of the front and back plates so you can laser cut these parts.For assembly you will need countersunk M2 hex screws, I got mine cheaply from China.I recommend drilling out the holes with a 1.5mm drill bit.Post your makes, would love to see them!NOTE: The design is optimized to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle.
