Two part Farscape com badge modeled in Fusion360 using one of my originals from decade ago.
Printed on a Tenlog/Hictop 3DHero in color. Just set both parts on the bed at 0, 0, 0 and they line up.
Here's the trick... We let the slicer do the mesh for us.
Select the 'insert'. Set the shell to zero top and bottom layers. Set the infil to something you like. In the photos I used Cura's Gyroid infil at 20%
Put a couple aluminum pop-rivets in the holes for accuracy.
If you want one printed but don't have a multi-material printer... Hit up my store.
