In search for the personal treatment of 2 heel spurs & fasciitis plantaris i made this toe stretching block. Also my wife is a fysiotherapist and she could use it too because there's a lot of people suffering from fasciitis plantaris. This is a plantar fascia and calf strengthening exercise that uses a foam pad to deepen great toe dorsiflexion to trigger the Windlass mechanism. Place a foam wedge or yoga under the big toe while standing on one leg. Raise the heel off of the ground as much as possible and hold for up to 5 seconds. You may use a wall or chair to assist you in balancing if needed. Other fascia tools: Fascia trainer 1 foot balance board
