Fast and simple ACE Pro purge calibration test. Two purge sizes available: 500 mm³ (Takes less time, enough to test most cases) 750 mm³ (For the cases where 500 wasn't quite enough) There are 3 versions available in two flush sizes. 2-color 3-color (all combinations) 4-color (all combinations) For each version, there will be an initial purge card to establish your initial color. Afterwards it'll print each combination in sequence. Note that the ACE has a minimum purge ratio of 0.1 Prerequisites Make sure you're running the latest version of Anycubic Silcer Next and your printer and ACE firmware are up to date. Anycubic Slicer Next at least 1.3.5 Kobra 3 at least 2.4.0.4 Kobra S1 at least 2.5.3 ACE Pro: 1.3.863 Configuration On the Printer Set the purge volume to the minimum value of 0.1. This is the minimum amount the printer will decide to flush for you based on what it thinks the colors are and you can't change this. In the slicer The slicer prints the colors in the order they're added so it's important to use the filament mappings I've already defined. The specifics of the colors don't really matter in the slicer. Verify that the flushing volumes loaded correctly and are set to 0: Slice and send to print. When mapping filaments, map each color in the slicer to the same slot in the ACE Pro. For example, All of the Red in the picture are assigned to Slot 1 in the ACE and all of the White to Slot 2. Interpreting results Here's the result of a 4-color test. Each line is 1mm wide and flushes 25 mm³ of filament. Simply count how many lines or measure how many mm before the transition looks complete, multiply that by 25 and you get the flush volume you need in the slicer. For example below: Red to White - I can see traces of red up to about 12mm so I probably want to flush to 13mm. 13 x 25 = 325 mm³ White to Red - I can see that it is fully red at the start. This means the built-in minimum flush was enough. You can set this to 0 mm³ in the slicer. Red to Blue - I can se
