Fast Phone Docker -- Grip (Customizer)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fast Phone Docker v5 is now available. The newer version has many improvements over this one (more fault tolerant, less prone to catching, does not require external hardware, etc)

This is a quick docking station for a phone that allows you to insert and plug the phone in with one hand in one second.

READ PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PRINTING - You need to oversize the print to prevent issues due to plastic shrinkage



This is the grip part only. You will also need either the Desktop Mount or Car Mount (or design your own mount), depending on where you want to put it.

Most of this is snap-together. The plug assembly however, uses bolts so that you can fine tune the plug height post-print. For this you need:

3 x 6-32 x 3/8" (or M4x10mm)
1 x 6-32 nut (or M4x25mm)

You will need four bolts for attaching a mount, again, 6-32 or M4, but the length will depend on the mount. (3/8" works well for the desktop mount)
