Fast-print facemask frame

This is a modification of RiverTec ( [email protected] )' s lsaer cuttable mask frame. It's intended to be 3d printed instead, but can also be cut.

Having an inner piece makes it possible to use this with a salt filter without ending up licking the salt every time one talks.

Print in PLA without a raft.
