Fast tolerance test

Hello everyone. Here is my latest creation. I needed a tolerance test to calibrate my printers properly. Although there are many models out there to test the tolerance of your machine, I wanted something super fast to print. So here is my version of the tolerance test. It takes only 20 minutes and less than 7 grams of filament on my Kobra 3! The principle behind it is really simple. The cylinder will be used to test the accuracy of your printer. Insert it in the holes until you can't push it. The last hole that it can get trough is your maximum accuracy which you can also use in your design. For example, if I can push the pin all the way down to the 0.2mm hole, I can use this value as my tolerance when 3D modeling. I have added a B to the bottom of the pin so you can easily recognize the first layer. In this way, you can keep the B on the top when testing, to avoid a possible elephant foot interfering with your test. Hope you enjoy! 😊🤓💪
