Faucet Extender

After our kitchen reno, I found that the industrial style faucet nozzle was too close to the back edge of the sink and when I washed things in the sink, I ended up splashing the wall. I looked for a faucet with a longer reach but I couldn't find anything bigger than approx. 8" from the vertical pipe to the nozzle. As the nozzle is designed to be movable and easily comes out of the clip, I designed a simple extension with a 5 degree angle so that the water is now directed towards the centre of the sink. The dimensions of the extender will probably need adjustment for a different model of faucet, but the idea works well for me and stops me splashing the wall at the back of the sink!
