FB Ghost Mold for silicone bed mounts

How to use.

you need:
- 2-component RTV silicone (e.g. Troll Factory TFC4020).
- these moldings (15mm or 17mm diameter).
- and disposable gloves.
- a tray for the leaking silicone is also recommended .

No release agent is required!

Mix the silicone according to the instructions,
fill the "Wanne" up to the upper edge with the mixed silicone, avoiding air pockets.

Then put on the "Deckel" according to the contour of the "Wanne" and press both parts together.

Silicone squirts out towards the upper ventilation holes and on the sides,
this prevents air pockets in the lid.

Wait a few hours for the silicone to cure, I give it about 12 hours.
After that, the cast parts can be shaped and casting burrs can be removed.

Finished.
