FEIT Recessed Light Install Helper

I bought some FEIT brand recessed lights from Costco. It has two parts and you need to screw the adapter in first, and I ran into two issues:
1. I'm not tall enough – just barely reach the socket

2. Screwing this thing is a PITA because the wire always gets in the way.

So I created this quick screw adapter fork, working with a flat head screw driver it gives me half foot height boost, and also much easy to screw the adapter in.
