Fellow ode(2) Catch cup lid

Replacement lid for the fellow ode(2). The standard lid is a pain to use so i created a replacement that sits on the cup better. I have included two sizes:90mm fits nice and snug in the cup89mm a little bit looser in case your cup is warped a little or you just don't want as tight fitIn my testing both sizes fit on eadily without the usual repositioning faff of the oem lid. I have also included a ~2g test print for each size so you can try both before committing to the full print.
