Fellowes foot rest fix

Found this fellowes foot rest has an issue where the rubber grommet keeps popping out. Designed this fix to hold the grommet in the plastic molding.

Requires:
drill & aprx 1/8" bit for drilling foot rest plastic
1/8" rivets (what I used) or M3 screws & nut
