I created this cutter in form of a fencer for the anniversary of our fencing club, it was basically trial and error.
We used it at 100% scale as a cutter for fondant (thus the huge model) and played around with smaller sizes to make different kind of cookies.
At 55% size or higher the weapon and the leg won't break too easy, below that nearly every biscuit fell apart.
