A fender hook/clip to fit on the rails of the CLC Annapolis Wherry or Wherry Tandem. May need dimension adjustment to suit your rails. Two should be plenty strong enough to hold a 45cm fender horizontally.
I wanted something which wasn't a permanent fixture, this just snaps over -my- rails.
You might need to adjust slightly to fit yours.
