Here is a really simple bit holder designed for the Ferrex Pro Impact Driver, this used the belt clip mount and screw so remove that and replace with this part. The bit holders are designed to be stiff so bits do not fall out. You may need to apply a fair amount of force when installing the 3 bits for the first time.
