Star-sided version for CNCs. Designed for 4 mm plywood.
Use the `test-fit_star.dxf` and `test-fit_connector.dxf` files to determine the tolerance of your machine. Sketch dimensions are in mm.
You will need 12 stars and 30 connectors.
The model shown was made on a Genmitsu 3020 Pro Max with a 3.175 mm downcut bit. The inside corners were machined with minimal dogbones, generated by the following Fusion 360 add-in:
