Festool router guide bushing adapter

This is a Festool router guide bushing adapter.It is designed for a Festool OF 1000 EB, but it should also work for other festool routers.Thanks to the holes, the dust extraction works very well.The size I made is for an 8 mm router bit, and the outside diameter is 14 mm (see picture).Other sizes can be avaible on request.Be careful to center it on the router to have a constant radius.By tweaking the outer ring with masking tape, I was able to ajust the tolerances and route a wooden bowtie inlay (see picture - model on my profile). I printed mine in PLA + with 50% cubic infill. It is sturdy enough, but can flex a little if you push too hard. You can also print with 100% or with another material.
