Festool TS 55/75 Splinter Guard

This splinterguard is for the TS 55/75 series. I used PLA Plus but regular PLA will print just fine. This is pretty much a carbon copy of the festool version. You will need supports for this. For those using flashprint, you can set your auto support threshold to 80 and then auto generate supports. This method has always been sufficient for me. Be careful when removing supports from the front screw insert and take care not to break your print.

The original splinterguards that this design is based off of cost about $25-30 for a pack of 5. With this print file, you should be able to save lots of money and get clean cuts with your track saw without having to cut off and sell your arm and leg. :) If this design helped you, all tips are appreciated!
