I made these cookie cutters for my Shrine Club Christmas party. The 1-piece design cuts dough that has been rolled out with a rolling pin to about a 1/4 inch. With the 2-piece design you can put about 1.5 onces of dough in the outer ring and press it with the inner part and coin a cookie in place on the cookie sheet.
