This is yet ANOTHER way to hold a (glass) surface to your FFCP printer bed. This frame was designed specifically for a piece of borosillicate glass that is 155mm x 235mm x 3mm that I found on Amazon. I was also able to COVER the entire top with a layer of self adhesive PEI that I also got off of Amazon. (The PEI was 235mm x 235mm).
NOTE: The ABS frame, alone, is not designed to hold the glass sheet on your bed. My design assumes that you have a sheet of PEI attached to the ENTIRE TOP of the frame & glass that holds everything together. (Look closely at that first photo).
WARNING: Even though this is not a difficult building project, it would be easy to waste the PEI sheet by installing it incorrectly. Make sure you have an idea of what the final project will look like before exposing the adhesive of the PEI sheet and sticking it onto the parts in a way that will not actually work.
Features:
() The whole frame SNAPS together without any adhesive (Thanks to "Print Very Good")
