Hi, this fiber converter housing has a hole at the top for ethernet and power and one at the bottom for the fiber to go out at the bottom.
The way i fasnd it to the wall was just using normal wood screws and drilling the fasners and housing at once.
All the screw holes a 4mm in diameter.
