This is a fiber optic LED light. I'm using it for one of my microscopes. In addition to the printed parts, it requires several M3 bolts and hex nuts, as well as an LED, heatsink, optical fiber, and some optional rubber washers. These are what I used:
Heatsink: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/retired/9798
(This heatsink isn't available anymore, but the model is easy to modify for your own parts)
LED: https://www.ledsupply.com/leds/cree-xlamp-xpg2-high-power-led
(CREEXPG2-W158)
LED driver: https://www.ledsupply.com/led-drivers/buckpuck-dc-led-drivers
(3023-D-E-350)
Fiber: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/industrial-fiberoptics/810004/FB140-1-ND/356536
Plus some appropriate thermal tape. Adding rubber washers between the LED board and the collet body helps to cut down on light leakage. Printing in black would probably help too.
