Fidget gears - fixed top layer

the original top_holer had issues slicing on my slicer and others.

simply this instead of the broken one or download the zip.

i tried slicing in both matter control and idea maker. both had the missing support issues.
i even repaired the item in idea maker and still had the same issue.

then i imported it in tinkercad and then exported it and now it works.

i have now printed it and i was right it printed perfectly. no photo yet.
