Fidget Plate 8x8 Brick compatable

I originally created a 7x7 fidget plate with a 1x1 centre, worked great but my irrational dislike of odd numbers took over and I just had to make an 8x8 version. This is an 8x8 Brick Compatible plate that is also a fidget toy, a print in place model where each of the pieces will rotate within the next but is also dimensionally accurate to allow it to be used a small build plate.
