fidget spinner thingy

This is a replacement part for:

When I was trying to print the spinner in a smaller size (75%), some of the wheels broke off when I tried to get it off the plate.
Another problem with this design is that the center thingy isn't sticking out, which makes it more difficult to hold or to let it spin on a surface.

So after first trying to design a re-fittable thingy in freecad, I did a second attempt in openscad. This design is easy to scale and you can print with or without a bit sticking out (center=1 -> with, center=0 -> flat). Also you can print with a pin (pin=1) or with a hole (pin=0). The click variant can be turned off and on as well (click=1 or 0).

I haven't done anything with the spinner itself yet, so in order to use these parts, you have to break out the wheels in the original, but then you can print the wheels in different colors afterwards ;-)

Update, the pin/hole is now somewhat clicky.
