Fidget Spinner Toy (Small)

Yes...another fidget spinner toy only this one is a bit smaller utilizing the 625 ball bearings. I'm sure it's already been done but here's my take on it.

Note: The bearings should fit pretty snug as they are but if they are too tight/loose then scale up/down by 1 or 2 percent.
