This is another model of spool holder, I designed it to be friction free (maybe too much ... XD). Just buy the cheapest fidget spinner, take it apart and take its bearing. I suggest to fix the base with a safety screw, the roller can still be unhooked at any time to install the filament roll more comfortably. If rotated by hand, turn for a couple of minutes ... to avoid tangling the wire add some friction, add a piece of tape between the two parts.
