Field Notes Hard Backing with check boxes

This is a remix of the extremely helpful hard backing for the standard Field Notes notebooks. This version is a bit thinner and includes a text box at the top, along with checkboxes along the edge to help space tasks evenly and make them easy to check off when completed.
