These achieve their multi-colored effect by inserting pauses in the gCode, and changing the filament when the printer is paused. They can also be done with an AMS, of course, but I don’t have one of those so I haven’t tested that.
I printed these with .2 layers, a single wall, and 100% linear infill. For each, there is a layer change for each new color. I’ll list both the layer# and the height. Please check these in your slicer, especially for the 3-color ones, to ensure they come out the way you like.
This one has 2 color changes:
Layer 11 or 2.2mm, (white or grey)and
layer 12, or 2.4 mm - final layer (red)
