Quite a bit of work with netFabb was necessary to make the model skeinforge-able.
The anthem gcode files came from http://simplythebest.net/sounds/Midi/miscellaneous_midis.html and were processed into gcode using mid2cnc http://github.com/TeamTeamUSA/mid2cnc.
