It's a mount for a FiiO K11 DAC. It's specifically designed to mount vertically (such as on a wall) using a French cleat system, but it can also be used on a desk or a shelf. The K11 sits in an indentation to limit sliding side-to-side or back-to=front. The K11 is held in place by two hold-downs that connect to the main bracket using four 10mm x 3mm magnets. The magnets provide enough strength hold the unit in place on its side during normal operation such as connecting / disconnecting cable, adjusting the volume, or navigating the menu. The magnets do hold the unit in place when upside down, but that wasn't part of the design goal. I used magnets from Amazon (ASIN B0BVY5VYQY) that were listed as 10mm x 3mm, however I found most of them were thinner than 3mm. I found 8 of them that were between 2.72mm and 2.74mm and designed the depth of the magnet bores around that. The magnets in the base are sunk in a little bit. And the magnets in the hold-downs protrude a little bit. I
