filament outlet/tap for feeding through a filament/dry box.
snugly fits 3mm OD PTFE tubing if you want to keep your filament controlled from box to extruder.
please note, this is for 2mm ID/3mm OD tubing, NOT for 2mm ID/4mm OD PTFE tubing.
why would i use this instead of standard PTFE? because you can get 5M of 2/3 for $6 on ebay, compared to 1M of 3/4 for $10. and from the box to extruder, do you really need thick wall? and pc4/m10 fittings on a F'ing feed box? the tubing should slide in by hand & stay under normal use. there's enough room inside the cap to grab on to & adjust the tubing to pull in/out.

you can also use this as a box port without the tubing.
i put the cap INSIDE the box so it doesn't get accidentally bumped. i only have 1 port & spool holder, which i change filament on based on need. seriously... who the F needs every single filament im
