Filament Clip AMS 2 Compatible

This is a simple filament spool clip designed to snap securely into place. Due to normal manufacturing tolerances and variations in spool hole dimensions, some spools may require additional force during installation. In these cases, pressing the clip in using a firm, flat surface can aid proper seating. To prevent the clips from loosening or backing out during printing, the fit was intentionally designed with slightly tighter tolerances. In my testing, over 80% of spools installed smoothly in all four locations. The remaining spools still installed successfully but required additional force to achieve a full snap-in fit. To verify bed adhesion and overall print reliability, 120 clips were printed with zero parts detaching from the build plate. As with all 3D printing, proper build plate cleaning is critical to success. For printers without a heated chamber, allowing 30–45 minutes of preheating can significantly improve bed adhesion.
