It is barely changed from original (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12516).
It is a clip to hold your filament (1.75mm) ends on the spool.
When I printed the original, the hole came out too small, I couldn't insert the filament in it. Also it was a bit loose on my spools. So I redrew it and made the hole just a tad bigger, and the pinch on the spool a bit tighter.
This is a great clip, thank you to the original designer (Madox) for it!
