Filament Cutter remix

No more filament cutted tips flying around your room :D

For completing the edited cutter, you'll need one M3 bolt and 22,5x88mm transparent PET 0,4mm thick plate (cutted from some transparent product box I bought - double sided tape or so) and other stuff neccesary for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1249929.

I recommend using PETG, printing on higher tepmerature. It's printable with no supports.
