Filament Cleaner I was tired of the waste from filament residue in printed models, not to mention the nozzle clogging caused by PTFE tube wear. To assemble you will need a few screws, a bearing, 2pcs PC4-M6 Pneumatic Connector,PTFE Tubes and a soldering iron to melt the brass nut in place. (Bill of Materials)I used the A1 mini silicone eraser for the eraser (needs to be cut to size). You need to cut a sheet of foil that is suitable for a laser printer to size and insert it into place. Its job is to remove the dirt with the gear wheel. Make sure that the PTFE tube is flush with the end of the PC4-M6 Pneumatic connector. The print supports must be completely removed as they can lead to filament jamming. At certain intervals, it is worth disassembling it and cleaning it of dirt, or possibly replacing worn parts.
