Recently I was swapping material quite frequently and almost always I did not feed in filament into the PTFE tube on 1st try.So I modeled simple guide to feed it filament more easily.Simply slide on end on PTFE tube and it will hold there by friction. MATERIALSince filament will be rubbing onto this I would highly recommend printing from PA or TPU. If you do not have those materials then your best bet will be PETG, absolutely I would not recommend PLA. This is based on great test which you can watch here.
