Filament Guide and runout sensor

I decided to move the runout sensor on my printer to the end of the filament arm. Originally I had mounted it close to the extruder but it made filament changes harder. This waste a little more filament but it is easier to deal with.

UPDATE: Added a new version that allows you to install a piece of tubing in the ends to help guide the filament a little better.
