This 3-piece filament guide should work with most creality printers like ender 3, cr10, cr20 etc.
It's purpose is it, too keep the filament away from the Z-screw and feed the it more straight into the extruder.
To fix the bolt into the main part, you might need a drop of glue (depending how accurate your printer is)
