Printer Settings: Whatever are your preferred default settings for the filament you use should be fine. I gave it 2 walls, 4 tops and 4 bottoms and a high infill (25%) to make it reasonably strong. And that seems to do nicely. It prints very quickly and doesn't use much filament (about 20 grams from memory). I also highly recommend checking the two screws at the base of the feeder section on top of the print head. Mine were not tight and tightening them helped a lot with reducing false filament tangled errors etc. Probably need to re-check them regularly I think due to the heavy vibrations. +++++++++ Like others I have been seeing ongoing issues with one of the ACE slots feeding into the print head, requiring it to be manually held vertically above the head for the filament to enter successfully (otherwise if it fails, it gives a 'tangled' error). So this is my mod to hold the 4 filament tubes vertically. Updates to initial draft version after tests, all for more stability as I found the tubes were pulling the whole part toward them, defeating the purpose to a degree: Increased height so it can fit further down on the printer Increased thickness of walls from 1mm to 1.5mm all round Joined the bottom surround Also including a requested basic version - no viewing holes, and only 1 set of tube holes. The basic version should print very nicely in a vertical orientation, whereas for the main version, I used some tree supports for the base. But you lose the viewing holes, so I prefer the main version. The printer might well handle a 20mm bridge without support, but in this case I think it needs to be nice and smooth, so a couple of little trees seems worthwhile.
