I love the original design. I just changed it for my use and bearings I have.
Changed to use 2 686ZZ bearings.

Strengthened the Bearing Retainer.
Created a mount to attach the the top of the 2020 extrusion.
I put a rubber washer between the mount and the wheel arm. You may find this makes adjusting the arms swing easy and allows you to put some tension on the filament. Nice when you get near the end of a spool and the filament wants to curl its self up.
You may have to try a few scales on the pully halves to get this to fit the bearings. It is designed to fit but hitting that target is never easy. Print about 1/2 if the height of a pully and check fit.. don't waste time and filament printing 2 only to find the bearings do not press fit.
