This is a filament guide that is installed into the top rail of the ender 3 or ender 3 pro.
This includes only the hand and the clip. Print the ring and the two spacers from this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488 (which I also highly recommend to use as the bottom filament guide). Install the 608 bearing into the ring, and then attach to the handle using M4 bolt and nut.
