Filament guide with runout sensor

My remix of [these](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4748178) [two](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4521398) designs.

You will need to print:
- FilamentGuideAndRunoutSensor.stl;
- 1x Ring.stl (if it isn't tight enough, try to print Ring_Smaller.stl as it is slightly smaller inside);
- 2x Spacers.stl;

Plus you will need:
- 1x 608 bearing ([amazon.com](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BNVFCJV));
- 1x M4 x 16mm bolt;
- 1x M3 nut.

For the runout sensor you will need to use the z switch endstop. If you use BLTouch you won't need the z switch, because BLTouch will function as a z endstop.
