This is a filament holder for filament spools of almost any size. Spool axle 1 is 54mm wide and spool axle 2 is 13mm wide. So you can use it for a small spool or a spool up to 67mm width.
The axis is a 15mm Aluminium tube. You can also print a tube for sure. I use the spool with my anycubic I3 Mega S since its spool holder is not working nicely.
