Note:
I uploaded a new variant of the base frame.
baseframe_n0p3 and baseframe_n0p6 have slightly different offsets between the friction wheel and the filamant guide.
n0p3 is slightly looser and has less friction.
n0p6 is slightly tighter and has more friction.
I have found that the n0p3 might slip somewhat depending on your printer, and your filament.
This filament runout/jam sensor is designed to be used with a printer controller using
Smoothieware, instructions for setting it up are at: [filament-detector](http://smoothieware.org/filament-detector).
It uses an [HC-020K](https://www.amazon.com/HC-020K-Measuring-Photoelectric-Encoders-Experiment/dp/B00EERJDY4/ref=sr_1_1) optical sensor for RC cars
Hardware required:
1 M5 X 16mm bolt
2 M5 nuts
1 625zz bearing (16 x 5 x 5mm)
1 M3 x 10mm bolt
1 HC-020K optical sensor
printed parts
Instructions for assembly are with included in the download
