Filament Maker Spool Runout Stopper

This arose from a need when making filament and leaving the machine to run unattended. 1. The problem is that once it's cut, bottles run out and have been pulled through the hot end, it goes everywhere and inevitably gets caught on something and potentially ruins the winding spool or the bits that are connected to it. 2. This solves this by having a snug fit around the spool while also having ample space to allow for the filament to be spooled. Allowing you to be able to leave the filament maker to run without worry of needing to print the spools due to them being warped and mangled from the spooled filament going haywire and getting caught on everything.
