I was having some moisture problems with a roller of filaments (still full), so I decided to make an oven to remove the moisture, as it is a simple thing, basically a constant temperature of approximately 45°C removes the moisture from the filament, if it is exposed to this temperature for a certain time.
Agreed parameters:
Constant temperature at 45ºC (LCD display operates at up to 50ºC max)
PLA has a Tg of 60°C. In other words, from 60°C onwards, its internal molecules start to move and PLA starts to "soften and deform".
Achieve ideal humidity at 22%
As I printed the oven in PLA, I chose the temperature of 45°C, as it is 15°C degrees below the Tg of PLA and 5°C degrees below the maximum temperature of the LCD display.
The sensor will detect the internal temperature, if it reaches 45°C, the relay will turn off the resistance, keeping the temperature constant inside the oven.
The sensor will detect the percentage of humidity inside the stove and as soon as the percentage rea
