This is my manual pelletizer that I made for recycling my old filament. It is a manual feed process but works pretty good. It is made for 1.75 filament.
It requires two 608 bearings to keep the 5/16 drill bit straight. You can also use a 8M drill bit as well.
I printed it with 5 perimeters for extra strength. I had to use vice grips to press the 608 bearing in for the middle bearing. Arrow shows the direction the drill bit should spin.
This design was influenced by all of the other pelletizer machines on Thingiverse especially the very simple designs like the one from Sungod3K that you can check out here:
