This is a single bracket and when printed twice can be screwed together to form one corner of the filament rack.
It has been designed with the intention of using "FloPlast Overflow Pipe" for the rest of the assembly. This pipe has the dimensions of 21.5mm Dia and can be obtained from Wicks DIY stores in the UK. The pipe is really cheap and is sold in 3Mtr lengths.
You will need 8 wood screws to screw the brackets together, I have included a picture of the screw packet with the sizes on it to assist anyone who wants to source them but longer screws can be used and will penetrate the pipe but should be okay.
I have included the step file if anyone wants to tweak the design.
